The League of Legends
The Good Citizens Foundation announces on January 9, 2012, the launching and sponsoring of the new baseball youth league for ages 8-18. This new program, The League of Legends, will maintain the abbreviation of the LOL and will maintain a complete structure of operational and participatory protocols that ensure positive development, citizenship, and competitive events within a family environment.

Membership Details:
-LOL Games and tournament participation collects Cup Points for Global Championships
-LOL individual members receive LOL Identification cards and special discounts with participating sponsoring goods and services providers
-LOL individuals can only use LOL Coupons for purchasing goods and services via the participating providers
-LOL individuals and teams will be featured on the LOL TV/Radio Station,FACEBOOK, and official website
-LOL individuals will receive discounted registrations to collegiate and professional showcase events presented by the Good Citizens Foundation and the VMarlins Global Development Council.
The Enrollment Procedure:
-Team enrollment yearly fee is $50.00
-Optional yearly Individual enrollment membership fee is $25.00 per player, coach, parent, fan
-LOL Team liability Insurance for the years is through Chappell Insurance. The rates run between $135-$155 per team per year. The policy covers games and practices with riders that cover facility use.
The Rules of Engagement
-LOL teams must registered with the LOL and maintain Liability Insurance through an LOL Provider.
-Games are played under the rules of LOL Professional Development
-LOL teams receive cup points for every game played against league and non-league teams. Team Cup Rankings are based on the 3Ps (Positive Play, Participation, Performance)and collection of points are based on the Cup Point Protocol:
A Team can collect LOL Cup Points when they play games.
1) A team will collect 10 points for every recorded non-league game played
2) A team will collect 10 points for every recorded league game played
A team will collect 10 additional points for each recorded league game victory
3) A team will collect 10 points for every recorded Local LOL tournament game played
A team will collect 10 additional points for every recorded Local LOL tournament victory
A team will collect 100 additional points for ranking first, 75 points for ranking second, 50
additional points for ranking third, and 25 additional points for ranking fourth in each
local LOL recorded tournament
4) A team will collect 20 points for every recorded State LOL tournament game played
A team will collect 20 additional points for every recorded State LOL tournament victory
A team will collect 200 additional points for ranking first, 150 points for ranking second, 10 additional points for ranking third, and 50 additional points for ranking fourth in each local LOL recorded tournament
5) A team will collect 30 points for every recorded Regional LOL tournament game played
A team will collect 30 additional points for every recorded Regional LOL tournament victory
A team will collect 300 additional points for ranking first, 225 points for ranking second, 150 additional points for ranking third, and 75 additional points for ranking fourth in each local LOL recorded tournament
6) A team will collect 40 points for every recorded National LOL tournament game played
A team will collect 40 additional points for every recorded National LOL tournament victory
A team will collect 400 additional points for ranking first, 300 points for ranking second, 20 additional points for ranking third, and 100 additional points for ranking fourth in each local LOL recorded tournament
-National Championship Honors and Rewards will be awarded to the teams with the largest collection of LOL Cup Points.
-National Champions in each division will collect entrance fee waivers to the next year state, regional, and national tournaments
-National Champions in each division will collect 1,000,000 LOL Coupons to be redeemed with LOL Participating Sponsors.
